Be ready to have a “Taco Fiesta”.
We will cook colorful and delicious dishes to fill and roll tortillas into authentic tacos.
The Achiote, known as Annatto in some places, creates a uniquely orange-hued chicken marinade that is packed with flavor.
Pasilla is a dry red pepper whose sauce gives the pork meat and rind a wonderful texture when combined.
And Mexican Mushrooms will surprise you with it’s tenderness and bright color ingredients.
To balance out the spice, fresh Fuit Salad will also be enjoyed.
