Enjoy the traditional Chiles Rellenos, which are roasted poblano peppers stuffed with cheese and Mexican-style refried beans. This utterly addictive combination is then submerged in a rich tomato sauce and served with a side of Mexican White Rice.
To complete this meal, we will make a delicious Pecan Mousse.
