Project Description
Mexico 13
Menu
- Carnitas (Mexican pulled pork)
- Salsa Verde (Tomatillo-based sauce)
- Esquites (Corn cups)
- Sorbete de Mango (Mango Sorbet)
Carnitas is one of Mexico’s signature dishes. Hailing from the state of Michoacán, they are moist and crispy pieces of pork to be enjoyed in tacos and garnished with cilantro, onion, and Salsa Verde – the best!
Esquites are cups of corn usually sold by street food vendors in Mexico. They are served hot with their juices and topped with mayonnaise, cream, lime, queso fresco, chilli powder and salt.
To balance the heat out, we’ll end with a refreshing Mango Sorbet.
