Fondue Bourguignonne is made using cubed pieces of beef that are cooked in hot oil served with a number of dips. This time we will make one of the finest French sauces to serve with stakes, Béarnaise sauce, very rich in texture and flavour.
Quatre Quarts cake is a moist and buttery yet fluffy cake that melts in your mouth.
For dessert, small squares of this traditional cake and fresh fruit will be dipped in Chocolate Fondue.
