Camarones a la Diabla, or ‘deviled shrimp’, get their name from their fabulously red chipotle flavour. The shrimps are drizzled with a sweet and tangy Tamarind Sauce, making it the perfect sweet and spicy pairing, alongside Mexican White Rice.
For dessert Chocolate Salami will be prepared, a delicious mix of chocolate and pecan, popular within the family and addictive!
