Enchiladas Potosinas were created in the state of San Luis Potosí. The corn flour dough is tinted with guajillo pepper and the queso fresco inside will melt, as they are fried. So delicious!
Parsley dressing goes with any greens or vegetables; its tangy flavour is so special.
Coconut Macaroons are one of the traditional Mexican sweets known as Dulces Mexicanos; they are chewy and crunchy at the same time.
