Tortilla de Patatas also known as Tortilla Española or Tortilla de Papa, is an iconic dish loved by all Spaniards and Spanish cuisine fans. It is an egg, potato, and onion dish cooked in a skillet that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or for any meal of the day.
